4. Google Sign-In and Google Drive

Snap Diary supports Google Sign-In only to enable optional synchronization with Google Drive.

  1. Google Sign-In is not required to use the application.
  2. Authentication is used solely to access the user’s Google Drive for backup and synchronization.
  3. The application accesses only files it creates in the user’s Google Drive.

Snap Diary does not access other Google services or user data.

5. Internet Usage

Snap Diary works primarily offline.

An internet connection is required only for:

  1. Google Sign-In
  2. Google Drive synchronization

The application does not send journal data to the developer or third parties.

6. Analytics and Advertising

  1. Snap Diary does not use analytics services.
  2. Snap Diary does not display advertisements.
  3. Snap Diary does not track users.

7. Data Sharing

Snap Diary does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.

The only exception is Google Drive synchronization, which occurs solely at the user’s request and stores data in the user’s own Google account.

8. Data Control and Deletion

Users have full control over their data.

  1. Data can be deleted locally by the user.
  2. Data stored in Google Drive can be removed directly from the user’s Google Drive.
  3. Uninstalling the application removes all local data from the device.

The developer does not retain copies of user data.

9. Children’s Privacy

Snap Diary does not target children specifically and does not contain restricted content.

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
